Hats off to GG!
I think they deserve a huge thank you. Last month, I left my credit card in the bank teller. It took about 3-4 weeks for me to get a new one. Meanwhile, GG shipped their product to me without receiving payment and patiently worked with me until it was all cleared up. At no point in time did they even hesitate in getting me my product. They wanted to make sure that my customers received their pieces.
I have had Hard Hero and Bowen Designs go out of their way for me in the past but I have known them for a long time. My relationship with Gentle Giant is only a couple of years old and to trust a dealer in such a way shows a lot about them.
Yes, I wish they would do statue forum exclusives but how can I not think the best about them when they do things such as this? I don't want to get misty-eyed or anything but just like we post when we have a problem, it is just as important to post when they go above and beyond the norm.
