Win32.Ramkeni.A Mutha F***** Virus
Has anybody encountered this? If so, how do I remove it? My security software "treats" it but it can't remove it!?!?!? Help....PLEASE!
What happens is that I keep getting messages that the virus was treated and there is no further acion required. I click done and the message pops right back up. No matter how many times I click done, the message pops up. When I click on more info, the web site says it doesn't have any further info. It is particularly frustraring because the virus software keeps running/working and it makes the hourglass stay up. It also makes it appear that my computer usage is at 100%. So essentially the computer keeps continually, repeatedly treats the virus.

I am VERY computer illiterate, so I apologize in advance, but How do I do what you just suggested?

If you're computer illiterate, I suggest you either hire a computer technician or ask a knowledgable friend to help you. While these things are relatively straightforward to take care of, it could prove rather anxiety provoking on your own. Sit and watch what they do so that you could take crea of this on your own next time. Doing system recoveries of sorts are common things to do in this day and age of computers.
