DC Statues and Certificate of Authenticity??

Just picked up a Kingdom Come Mini statue (Supes/RedRobin/Hawkman).
The seller did not include a numbered certificate (as stated on DC's site).
The box is numbered... but is the certificate always included(is it hit or miss?)?? This is the first statue (mini) from DC that said there was a certificate included.

I got the mini @ good price and since the box and statue are both numbered I know it's OK... but has anyone ever requested a replacement certificate from DC Direct??

A Follow-up... Seller had Certificate and sent it to me. DC Crisis Averted
(sounds like the next Maxi-series/event)!

Have to be careful with future DC Direct purchases - Always Check for the/if there is a COA!!

Tried to find a way to contact DC about a replacement
for the Certificate and only found a Public page to voice praise/complants
on DC.com

most of the coas' that come with the statues are just a stupid piece of paper anyway.
