FPI are the new CM service centre (UK only)

Please could this be kept sticky. Useful infor mation for anyone in the UK with a CM related problem.

This note is now up on all CM orders on the FPi website:

"We have been appointed as the service centre for the UK on Cinemaquette - so wherever you purchase it in the UK, we will end up dealing with any problem you may have with defective parts. If we sold you the item the procedure will be straightforward as we will have all your details on file and many of you have been dealing with us for years already on these wonderful items. If you purchased elsewhere please contact us on sales@forbiddenplanetstore.com as your first point of contact and we will endeavour to get to the bottom of any problem you may have, as soon as possible."

Yes, if you have any problems with your maquette upon it's arrival, simply call their customer service.

So for me with the slight damage gun and the hand knowing i bought it like this i could get replacements from FPI?

I would think this service is in place for new products that arrive with faults.
You could contact them to see if they are willing to help. Perhaps they could arrange for replacements to be shipped over at a cost.
