I think I'm going with Spider-Girl.  Sure, Spiderwoman is older and more experienced, but May is a female version of Peter so I think she's a lot quicker than Spiderwoman.

I'm of the same thinking but I don't think she's really a rookie anymore. She's come into her own over the last few years. I hate seeing her title end.

Actually, I'm not certain we're all talking about the same Spiderwoman here. I assumed Jessica Drew, but there are a lot of them out there, or have been.
Anyway, if we're talking Jessica, then they're about the same strength level, I think. I know Jessica has enhanced strength, at least. I think she's basically May's physical equal, but has her venom blasts and (more importantly) her fighting skills. That gives the win to Jessica, I think.
