IMO the best Superman piece hasn't been made yet. But from what we have out there so far I'd say the Jim Lee FS piece.

The best Superman statue is the the Superman from WW v. Superman.
The Ross Superman is as much Clark Kent as Superman. The Lee Superman and the JLA cover to cover version are nice statues too, but not as nice as the WW v. Superman. The Bowen Superman is nice too, but he's not beefy enough for my taste.
