While both of their top speeds have varied over the years, for the most part;
Quicksilver: Speed of sound
Flash: Speed of light.

I think it was established a long time ago, maybe in JLA Avengers that Flash was faster.

Yep, Flash is definitely faster. I've always thought Quicksilver was shortchanged in that, but it's pretty well established.

in the marvel handbook old and new and pretty much everywhere i have seen quicksilver stats from marvel i have always read that 175mph is his top speed.

Quicksilver is a mutant capable of moving and thinking at superhuman speeds. Originally capable of running at 175 miles per hour (282 km/h) and eventually the speed of sound (770 miles per hour); exposure to the High Evolutionary's Isotope E made it possible for the character to run at supersonic speeds of up to Mach 5
this is what wiki has so i am sure that is his top speed now so he is nowhere near flash barry allen but is this close to wallys top speed
