Batgirl Vs. Catwoman Statue

I received mine today and the paint job is really really nice on this statue. The flash washes some out but it's really nice. Here are some pics.

Still not sold on these.

Catwoman's skin looks almost ghostly white (flash?). I could get past that.
But Batgirl has a bad case of ceiling eyes. Look at your opponent will ya?

No wonder Joker crippled her. lol

Also what's throwing me off is the movement of the cape doesn't match their movement. It really sticks out that the capes were there just for bases without being fully integrated into the movement of the piece.

lol...just little things like that bother me.
I do like the colors used on their costumes though.

btw congrats on the Black Widows. Those are sweet!

Always. I'm counting the days til she's previewed. I'm guessing probably Toyfair 2010. I think she'll be in green, with a possible white or red variant since green won the poll.

They look cool but it's almost like you have to put Catwoman up on a riser because Batgirl is looking up and not at Catwoman.

Yeah, I really have a big problem with that. I was kinda hoping there'd be some changes with the finished product, but it looks pretty dead-on with the promo pics.

This is supposed to be a "VS" display. It just does not work when Batgirl is staring at the ceiling.

I am still almost close to getting it just because that is close to my favorite Catwoman costume... I don't exactly recall her ever revealing that much, but...

Yeah, with a riser for Catwoman, this would probably work ok.

Have to say I don't like the design on this. Being balanced on the capes looks very strange and unnatural. They look to be nicely sculpted and painted. If your happy with them that's what counts.

Now if DC would ever produce a Wonder Woman v Cheetah I'd be interested.
