For the .45 scale helmets, how much of the helmet is made of die cast metal and how much of it is plastic?

I have the MR Stormtrooper and Blackhole Stormtrooper, and Riddell Vader bu they only have minor metal parts, they are mostly made of plastic

For some reason I don't remember there being any metal parts, but I wasn't on the production side of things.
