TOTALLY obvious, and that's what makes his "brave" announcement so suspect. how "brave" is it to lie for that long & then finally admit it?

exactly! at this point, i wouldn't welcome Tom Cruise or applaud his coming-out. "Go away, freak, we don't want you either!"

they'll pray for him on the way to Wal-Mart to buy more video game systems for their obese children.
it's this HERD of fat, closed-minded, defensive-in-their-trashiness Americans that makes politics & the culture wars soooooooooooooo scary, and so close.

during these lean and uncertain economic times, oughtn't i support my cherished local businesses? meaning, of course, should i go buy the Namor fs at my lcs for $200? it's no cheaper on ebay via any of the BIN's and no auctions are up.
I'm backing off from the Vindicator, I think, as well as 70s Captain Britain. But Namor, Namor I do want. and 80s Captain Britain.
And maybe now Nightcrawler--to display up high w/ the Rogue statue that looks even worse if you try to hide it at the bottom of the detolf. But even Nightcrawler's only available via BIN for $149+.
Damm Republicans ruin EVERYTHING!

and don't forget Gambit!
Or the six wolverine statues (gotta have them all)
or the new jim lee cyclops bust
As much as I love Namor, I really don't want to own any of the new statues of him from any company.
Weird

none of those for me! i don't really care much for Gambit, neither the character nor the statue.
i thought you were ALL ABOUT both the HH one & the Bowen red-trunks Namor.

If there were fun in the hunt, i'd be down for it! but anymore it's mostly BIN's from stores. auctions are few & far between and more's the pity.

Gambit rocks!
I dont really like bowen's namor for the fish tank base. I think the namor is sculpted ok.
I like the HH one too, but its too large.
Ok ok, I'm tryign to talk myself out of buying one of them again.
which namor are you wanting? Those things were going for 100 bucks one ebay (all three versions ) for the longest time.

well not anymore! the BIN's are all up in the $180 territory (for green trunks, at least) & there are no auctions at present.
i like the idea of buying it locally because, A) no shipping or waiting, and B) i get store credit so spending $200 gets me $40 back in credit.
but i also need a new bag of Watson-Parker, which runs about the same, so i'm debating.
