I think they are a very small company, part of Toynamy, but a small office with a few persons working.
This could explain, but this is just a thinking.
As I told, I sent an e-mail few weeks ago and I had a reply few days later.
Really do not understand. But, I hope, that your problem, mon ami, with your T-800, will be solved one day.
(let's hope they do not get the spare parts from China only and have some in stock)

Perhaps CM is run with minimal staff, but that's no excuse for not replying to his emails.
Anyway, hope you get it sorted blackmamba.

I just tried calling the number listed on their website from here in the UK. All you get is a recorded message from the phone company saying the number has been disconnected. Maybe they forgot to pay their line rental bill. Doesn't exactly feel one with confidence does it?.

Well that just pisses me off.
Just goes to show they are ignoring my emails.

This is one of the reasons i wont buy into CM very bad customer service for statues that cost an arm and a leg. Sideshow rules in this region!

With Sideshow becoming more of a distributor it would seem a perfect match for Toynami to turn to them for distribution. Might address a lot of the problems they're having.
