I personally think the fool screwed up. He should go to jail at least for some type of manslaughter. IMO.
But the whole premise of protecting ones property, "kill'em all, let God sort them out". IMO.
Have a great day.

Just cremate them with the rest of the trash! Or leave them out in the desert. The animals have to eat too!

I would use lethal force on any intruder in my neighborhood... anything less than that could mean someone who's just guilty of "being home at the time" could be injured, or lose their life.
I'd rather some piece of sh!t be severely harmed (or potentially killed) than someone who just happens to be home at the time when some douchebag decides to invade their house. Yes, I'm repeating myself.
You're entitled to not agree with me, and I'm entitled to not give a hoot if such is the case.

These are the chances you take being a criminal. I applaud the Man's efforts. Hell, wish my neighbors watched my house like that.

The fact that these men were shot in the back makes it hard for me to side with the neighbor.

I read this thread for ahwile then I skipped to the last page, so if this has been covered already I'm sorry for bringing it up again.
In the article it said they were illegal immigrants, which should in my opinion be phrased as illegal aliens. These guys didn't have any rights whatsoever here. If they wanted to have rights they should have stayed back in Colombia.
But since they came here and decided their American dream was to be thieves and break into houses, I feel they got what they deserved. I even say send the bill for the cost to bury them or even to send them back to Colombia to Colombia.

Its sad that we have placed more value in our property than in human life.
These are things; dvd players, jewelry, all replaceable with a trip to the local mall. Yet for some reason we think its ok to execute two men in order to protect these 'precious' things.

The key issue here is "human". As far as I'm concerned, once you have gone out of your way to harm another or invade anothers home you are just an animal to me and have lost your human rights. I'm sick of murders who are CLEARLY quilty of their crimes spending up to 14 years on death row. It should be just one year MAX.
