I'm with Ratchet on this one. My kids wouldnt get away with this but it is not up to a stranger how they are punished. If a stranger were to put their hands on my kids I would have a bigger problem with that then my kids putting toilet paper on his house.

Then you better don't do nothing when 20 kids come to your house with eggs, tomatos and toilet paper before police arrives...
No body's telling you to beat up the kids intentionally but you have to find ways to stop them if they don't listen.
