Yeah, I believe so - I worded that poorly. I was meaning that I wasn't sure if it was affecting all retailers or just ToW. They had recently cancelled my Bruce Timm Batman B&W pre-order, saying it was unavailable from their distributor (the week of release), which I was kinda shocked by... then, they removed it from their site, then later put it back up. That was the second cancellation I've had due to distributor unavailability. I've been kinda confused as to how ToW gets impacted by Diamond... my guess is that Diamond short-ships them occasionally, then, for whatever reason, the items aren't available for re-order. Totally guessing, though.

It didn't make much sense that a Batman B&W statue was unavailable for order through Diamond the week of release, though, which leaves me open to the possibility that this Cover Girls of the DCU WW delay may be limited to them.

TOW is getting sloppy, I don't know if someone new is there or something but I use to get my stuff on time and right away from them. It slowly started going down hill so I took my business elsewhere and my new place ships it on Thursday and I have it on Friday. I do still have some things ordered from TOW.
