Probably the best pose for Batman but I just can't get by the PVC vs resin aspect of this piece. But that's just me.

That piece is made out of PVC vs Resin. Not that it isn't a fantastic sculpt, it's just that PVC pieces just feel more plasticy vs the "hard" stone feel of resin statues.
