CM Customer Service really this bad?
Guys,
I just want a reply. Is it really that hard?
I need a shoulder canon for a CM Pred. I've asked them and told them I am willing to pay any charges etc but they don't even reply?
I've never known CS this bad. I'll keep sending em an email every damn day if that's what it takes.
I think maybe it's because I'm UK based, I don't know but they do not even acknowledge any communication.
I've tried their online form and direct email. I really don't want to phone as costs are prohibitive but that might be my next course of action.
Terrible, this has been going on for a while now, really fed up with their crap.

did you order it direct? if not, that may be your problem. alternatively, you should try calling.

Yup, If you didn't order it directly through CM then your in a rut. They don't fix or sell their product for 2nd hand pieces.

Communications from Cinemaquette are very poor indeed. Regardless if you've purchased the product direct or not, they should have the decency to reply.
Yes, some highly rate their customer service, but you'll find those whom do, are US based customers. Sadly they don't have the same attitude for their international collecting base.

Well, I better update.
I got through to someone (via Anne Marie, thanks again Trilogy)
and now that I'm in contact things are moving along it seems.
My communication with CM has been great so far.
No idea if I'll get sorted but it seems like I'm almost there.
