@Aspen: Please make sure, that you insert "invoices" on international shipments which state that the base is a free replacement. Otherwise, they will charge the taxes again!!  At least the German customs would do so. They need an official document outside of the box which states the value, customs declaration won't do it alone!! |

Hello Aspen Fans,
We are still expecting the delivery of the bases to be this week, at which time we will need to receive them into inventory and then prep them for shipment back out to you.
As to our international fans, invoices will be at zero dollars or near zero dollars. No matter what I can't imagine any duties or taxes on the replacement bases.
Look for more updates throughout the week and direct contact from us here at AspenStore.

Customs for my country tend to charge taxes on bigger items with total CnF price of above 50 usd. Worse case scenario, I'll get it shipped to Singapore instead |

Hey Everyone,
Just an update, the bases are still are still in US Customs, the new delivery date is now Monday the 23rd. Look for that email from us today and tomorrow requesting details on your purchase.
Its almost here, just a few more days.
