Well the series itself isn't over, Season 3 starts this Fall. As far as Sky cutting Season 2 off early I have no idea really but the last episode of this season was the climax to the Boba Fett story arc.

I didn't feel that it had climaxed but was building up to something then just stopped.

Yeah I can see your point. Since its a continuous series though I guess I don't expect all the loose ends to be tied up at the end of a season. Most of the character development and a lot of the story arcs are held over from one season to the next.

Yeah it got rocked pretty hard. But if you noticed it still had it's blue/yellow markings the same as when it was Jango's in AOTC. Considering it will have to be rebuilt somewhat this could explain the color transformation to the green/red markings Boba has on it in the ESB.

I thought that Slave 1 was a lot bigger in that last episode than in the normal films. Thus, what happens to it means a rebuild.
