I did a little looking yesterday at the apartments and send off an inquiry about one. No response as yet.

he brought over High Kick Girl - interesting little movie lol
and after he left i finally got around to watching War. as a Jason Stathoam fan it's a little embarassing it took this long for me to see it. better than i thought it would be.

spent most of yesterday doing housework and had planned to use today for the apt. research - will probably be off here soon to start that

I've got war on my Netflix queue I think. I watched Red Cliff yesterday. It's an OK flick. The cinematography was top notch, but the editing and voice dubbing/acting was not very good IMO. I don't think I'd want to sit through the almost 5 hours of the international version though.

I was just looking at hotels in NY. I found a decent deal on a Sheraton in Brooklyn which is about 4-5 miles away from the con. Don't know how that translates to travel time though. It's 165.00 a night per room if renting for 5 nights or more.

Can't really remember the price of the old place and don't really know where is good or bad.
But looks like things shouldn't be too much of s problem if we have to find somewhere else
