Are any of these Lady Death statues authentic?

Hey guys,

I'm really confused about this Lady Death statue http://cgi.ebay.com/Chaos-Comics-Lad...item3a5e81d300

There are a few listings of her on ebay but for all different prices.

http://cgi.ebay.com/Moore-Creations-...item2a0a40f9ce

http://cgi.ebay.com/LE-LADY-DEATH-FI...item3f02b0d179

http://cgi.ebay.com/MOORE-LE-LADY-DE...item3effe11c64

Do you guys know if any of these could be fake?

Basically, this is the statue I want to try and get but obviously I don't want some fake piece of crap. http://www.statueforum.com/showthrea...ght=lady+death Obviously that one is painted a different colour.

It looks like such a great statue!!

Yes all of them are CS Moore's Lady Death.

The first one is the original version of his earlier Lady Death statue that is 1:6 scale, more or less or 12-inches-plus tall statue

The next two are the mini version of Lady Death they are less than 7 inches tall. Hence the price difference.

The last one you mentioned and found on this website is a customized painted version of this statue. In fact, a few months ago someone sold his customized Lady Death on Ebay. The statue used for that one is the AP version whose brooch skull on the bikini contains two diamonds for its eyes.

Hope this helps.

Is the only difference between the AP version and the one in the very first ebay link the diamonds? Is there a difference in quality of the overall statue?

Edit: Also found another one here which was apparently made in 1999 http://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedi...death-66456441

Maybe it's that customized one?

And I don't know why but why does this one and the customized one seem to look a lot better than this one http://cgi.ebay.com/Chaos-Comics-Lad...item3a5e81d300 quality wise? Is it just the photos?

The real color of the statue has some bluish shadows... its the same thing.

The flash may have muted the colors of the statue being posted on ebay or the white balance is not adjusted well.

As far as I know, there are no statues made that are Charity's (Lady Death's real name) real life colors, meaning blonde and flesh colored skin except when it is customized.

Statues, there are no flesh tone pieces done. There was a Bust done by Chaos! (or whoever produced their busts) that was flesh toned as a variant many years ago. It is NOT a Moore piece though.

Correct.
There are no flesh tone Lady Death statues done by Moore. Any "Alive" or flesh tone LDs are customized.

Chaos! Comics did put out an "Alive" LD bust years back.

statuesmatchoos, who customized the Lady Death in the last URL, is Clay Moore's brother Paul. He has also customized a Lady Death with flesh tones, blonde hair and blue eyes. He does amazing work. He paint mastered many of Clay Moore's statues.
