It happened to me once (as far as I can ascertain) and to be honest it did not bother me. I was a bit surprised when I found out but took it as flattery and di not take any further actions.
I guess that when you Google Seach sometimes my pics show up and that thought makes me proud in a way to be honest!

As long as they make a note that it's not a pic of the actual item, I see nothing wrong with it.
Unless you put copyright on your pics.
