Green Lantern #59...wow

Geoff Johns just does not rest on his already fluffy pillow of success.

The duality of this story is amazing. He has Barry grilling Hal over his "partnerships" during the post-Blackest Night clean-up. Hal comes back on Barry with what is basically telling him that it is needed for the work that must be done.

Then later on when the (unnerving and cryptic) Indigo Tribe show up, Hal questions their methods of using "brain-washed" murderers to spread compassion...A tinge of hypocrisy fills the page.

This book was a fantastic read and the best GL issue since Brightest Day started.

Wow, thanks for this post. I've felt GL has been lagging since Blackest Night. This was the one issue since then that I passed on as a result. Now I'm going to pick it up.

You won't be sorry, oh man of the review. Wouldn't mind seeing your review of the issue.

Will Johns finally reveal what's up with the Indigo Tribe?

A really solid Issue that made me want to read the next issue TODAY.
