Cartoon like Being Human

Does anyone know the title of the cartoon (from the 60s or 70s I presume) which had a vampire, a werewolf and the Frankenstein monster (instead of a ghost) living in the same house? I am kinda confused or maybe it was a mummy instead of the werewolf, not really sure.

The cartoon was 5 or 10 minutes long, acting as filler between other regular longer cartoons.

The Groovie Goolies?

There was a mummy, as well.

Thanks.. for a second I thought that was the one. But turns out I was looking for the 80s animated series Drak Pack, which was inspired from Groovie Goolies.

Drak Pack involved only three monsters unlike the various other monsters in Groovie Goolies. Drak Pack were like superheroes, transforming from their human form into monsters.
