Prime only has his physical abilities.
thats not true, prime is also a genius as well (as superman always is). he built the replica anti-monitor armor he wears to aid his escape from the speed-force....which in itself is friggin amazing, how the hell do you break out of the speed force?

umm he didn't build it... it grew from the ground and if you are talking about all the enhancements over the years, that was knowledge given to him, he doesn't learn any different then an average human. He has advanced technology that shows him what to do. A very big difference

I would not call superman a genius, he doesn't create anything new on his own, he uses what he has required over the years from his father and people like lex and brainiac and even the legion.

Superman and Prime are both smart, smarter than the average person, but they are most certainly not geniuses. Not even close. Batman is said to be smarter than Supe's, and both Lex Luthor and Braniac are said to be smarter than Bats...

well just because he's not the smartest man on earth doesn't mean he isn't a genius, but i'm just saying he's not some average joe-sixpack who just happens to have super powers, he can out think his just as well as throwing somebody into the sun
