As the OP specified PF's I will go with:
Two Face and Jason Todd Red Hood.
Nightwing is right up there for me but spandex heroes and PF's are not always a great mix

IMO I'm sick of her black costume with the goggles, there's already been like 4 statues done in it and a bust . . . I'm really wanting the black and purple Jim Balent costume!
