Your dream toy line
We had this discussion at work last night: If you could choose a toy line from any property, what would it be?
I was hard-pressed to choose between Stephen King's works (I can picture McFarlane handling this), and Calvin & Hobbes.

Some of my dream toy lines are already being produced, including the X-Plus Godzilla figures (though those are more like pre-assembled and painted vinyl kits) and DC Direct's 13" collector figure series.
I hope DCD's figures aren't being forced out of the market by Hot Toys' even better—but egregiously overpriced—12" figures. To Hell with $200 to $250 superhero dolls! Still, I haven't seen a new DCD 13-incher announced for awhile. All I need is Hawkman, the Atom, and Dr. Fate, and then I can die happy.
As for an entire new line that I wish someone would make...
(1) How about a series of authentic figures from Space Battleship Yamato ("Starblazers")? There have been a few released in Japan, including some silly-looking Bullmark-style vinyls (and a few really nice ones, like Mega House's Kodai (Wildstar) and Deslar (Desslok).)
But it would be great to see a complete line of 7-8" action figures done as well as Bandai's recent Thundercats, or costumed figures.
Comet Empire Generals and Prince Zordar, anyone?
(2) Yes, Calvin and Hobbes would be great.
What was Watterson thinking, refusing to license toys or figures, and then green-lighting those stupid stickers with Calvin pissing on various auto logos?

Come to think of it, I'd also love to see a line 13" classic Avenger figures, like the DC Direct line.
For now, it looks like we'll have to content ourselves with the Cap, Iron Man, Thor and Hawkeye costumes for Captain Action... assuming these are actually produced, and the real things look anything like the computer mockups they've been using to solicit pre-orders.

I'd love a super detailed line of Marvel figures from McFarlane. Maybe even some Masters of the Universe by McFarlane as well.

I just want a whole line of Marvel Legend size based on the Planet Hulk storyline (yeah, I know there have been a couple but there are so many more they can make.)

I wouldn't be opposed to the above, either.
A WoTMU (like Women of the DC Universe) line would be fun, I'd wager. Effing huge roster to choose from.
