Yeah don't get me wrong, I'm very happy they're releasing half a season, and now that I've seen the trailer I'm ecstatic! 
I just wish they had completed it the way they intended too.
Anyway, bring on Rebels!

Season 6 in it's entirety is available now. As are the first 5 seasons. I don't see them going anywhere for a while.

Netflix used to have an RSS feed that told you the weekly new releases. That's gone away and was replaced by Recent Releases and New Releases but now it's just New Releases. That feature is very inconsistent at best since, for example, Star Wars: Clone Wars is not even listed there. Does anyone know a better way of getting an accurate, up to date, list of new releases (hopefully weekly, for Netflix?

I wish there was. The Netflix site and entire streaming interface menu system needs a complete overhaul. It's difficult to navigate, hard to find new releases and isn't very visually appealing. I'm honestly surprised another company hasn't come along and offered a better service by now.
