I'm guessing this is from the MVC3 line that they did. This is again 1/4 like Doom/Gouki and Dante/Deadpool. Never understood why Ryu/Wolverine was 1/3....
I really wish HCG would put a line in a certain scale and stick with it.
This actually does look pretty nice!

Tempting. I think the portrait is a good likeness, but the expression is blank...

I thought that too, DGK, intially. But if you look on their site, it's in a "Street Fighter" section, not the "Marvel vs Capcom 3" section with the others.

You're right, i didn't even know HCG just had the SF license.

I don't think anyone knew, this being the first piece.
This is a case of "be careful what you wish for". Too many Street Fighter licenses out there now. PCS, Tsume, Kinetiquettes, and HCG.
Not sure what to do about this Chun.

This one's got a more elegant, classy feel to it than the other offerings -- no mixed media, no theatrical/power poses or fancy base. Not that there is anything wrong with those things--to each their own.

Love the dynamism of the lower part of the dress blowing in the wind. Looks like she is about to launch into her Kikosho.
Did a great job recreating this official art! If a statue is going to be based of pre-existing art don't take artistic liberties and make apersonal interpretation.
