Jerry,
I made another attempt to put my Balrog fully into my base. I took time away from it to calm down so I do not break it. I took a video of my attempts to put the statue fully into the base as well as removing the statue from the base. I do not know how much more pressure to use as I have been known to break the heads off of bolts and break the part of the ratchet that goes into sockets with out trying very hard. That sucker is not going to go in and I put about 25% of my body weight on it trying to get it to fit.
Perhaps it looked like it was fully in if you were not leaning over the side of the table looking at the base and statue connection. Here is the video. http://youtu.be/jyMzshLa8MI
All I'm asking for is a replacement base so that I can remove this stuck base with a dremel and then do the modifications necessary to get it to fit properly in the new base. I will take all responsibility and not ask for a replacement should extraction or modification should go wrong on my end.

I want to be as good , if not better than everyone out there. Its a serious topic for me.
However its a difficult one because that department is not something that comes naturally to me. Im a sculptor.

You have to chill and be patient with those transfers. Noticing your new to statueforum.com you and who ever you transfered your statue to needs to know this.

I have had great experience with customer service recently. It has improved a lot. Much quicker and very friendly response. I would say now it's one of the better customer service out there. Rest assured that if you get a case number, they will take care of you. Yes be a little patient but far improved. One email I sent, I received a response in less than 30 minutes. Some of it may be timing but I have not been done wrong and have always been taken care of.

Hey Jerry
Why is it taking so long for items to ship?
I paid Final payment and shipping for Ryu on the 26th of January and have been told by CS he still hasn't shipped yet.
Why is it taking 5 weeks to ship out?
This has never been an issue before with anything from you guys.
Just wondering whats changed and should i expect this with all future releases?

Hey Jerry,
Just to ask you if you could ask them to send the shipping confirmation of the Filmation skeletor on my right email ? I did make the email change with customer service last time.
However I saw on forums all collectors received the shipping infos for it, except me.
For the case # 8644 ( teela ex ) the problem was the wrong email where they sent infos, and that is the reason that I never received any confirmation.
And I do not want that happens again with skeletor.
Now, because of you, the teela has been received thank you so much !
Thanks again for your time and your input.
