I don't like either one. Valkyrie or Succubus, I never liked the Succubus from the beginning so the paint didn't make a difference, and the Valkyrie is to Plain/boring for me to drop $500.
I hope everyone that does purchase them gets a great product though.
P.S. I am sick of spears.... the one on Leonidas is a complete pain in the ass, the ends do not fit properly.

yeah ARH hasn't mastered the art of making the spear ends fit properly..same probs with the older Leo and Achilles and even ARES and Athena..no big deal easy fix

So I've been looking at this piece... but I just can't wrap my head around it. I'm hoping Ehren reads this and can answer somethings...
When you made this, what color was it in your head? Did the end result come out like you envisioned it and if not, what was different? Last part of the question... are you happy with it? Why or why not?

I think he already did this early on, right?
I remember him posting fantasy art pics of succubus with blue skin and purple scales.

I'm not totally sure if that was him or not. I know a few people posted pics of what they thought would look good. I was more asking if the finished product realized what his vision was when it was sculpted and in which ways did it or did it not.
Sometimes different artists see things different ways.

I think they said they were going to work this character into the comic book series and therefore had a specific image in mind. I wasn't going to buy it regardless but I think there is too much of the same red in the paint up. Even if you wanted to go with red I think there needs to be a lot more subtle differentiation of color on the piece to make it look really good.
I don't really like the one Ehren was thinking of either however, too much human like IMO.
