Well at least you got a response from Ben...so that's a good thing. Waiting on replacement pieces isn't the easiest thing to do...but as long as it is being worked on...that should help alleviate the wait.

Just received finally my XM Cable ! This is just an awesome, incredible, magnificent statue. Thanks XM and all the people who worked to make this master piece real! He has such a presence !

Love this statue!! It's unfortunate these were hoarded by middle men/resellers instead of going directly to collectors. There are over a dozen of these for sale right now on different Facebook groups (not even including ebay) by various middle men, some who have multiple pieces in hand.
These will all find a home but IMO XM needs to limit these pieces to 1 per "customer" (if that's what you want to call them LOL!!) to prevent this kind of mass hoarding.

Agreed. And patience will be everyone's best friend. Just wait....it will go down to much more reasonable levels I would think.
