Even my wife was like "You need to buy yourself something... you're going to find something here." because I've been working a ton of OT and haven't really treated myself. This book was right there sealed on the shelf. Paid full price, which wasn't cheap, but no regrets. Instantly put me in a good mood. Going to make this my next read once I finish up Walking Dead Omnibus vol 1

Thanks man, I have since started it and it is gorgeous. I'm maybe 6 issues in, story is ok, but the artwork and colouring are really captivating me.

Anybody knows what's going on with the new Kamandi omnibus? My order from amazon was cancelled.

Finished The Flash omnibus by Manapul and Buccellato - gave it 3 out of 5 infinity gauntlets. My full review is on my Instagram @madtitanjones
I started Sandman Overture Deluxe last night. Only a few pages in but I can tell already it is something special

Jones - I'm reading Marvel's epic treatment of the Dark Tower Series. (Nabbed the 2 big Hardcover Boxed Sets a while back and have been chipping away), but next on the docket is the Entire Sandman Run. Nabbed it in the 2 large leather hardcover Omnibuses as well. They are gorgeous and was already a huge Gaiman fan from his proper novels.
Can't wait but need to continue giving the Gunslinger its deserved due.

Very nice, those are the omnis I picked up as well, you won't be disappointed. Some of the best story telling in all of comics!
Funny enough I was about to go into the Dark Tower series but was thinking about the proper novels... but my backlog is already pretty large so didn't want to add more to it yet.

Nice! If you ever pick it up and get through it, let me know what you think. I loved it. Art consistency/beauty and strength of writing throughout make it a must have for me. I have no worries recommending it to you.
Try to find a hardcover copy if you can. I have the Paperback Omnibus and have had no issues with the binding, but others have said it falls apart if you're too rough.
**In fact, I would recommend you just buy it not even knowing what it's about (don't worry -- there are powers involved), other than that let everything else be a surprise.
