I don't think it's going to be a STGCC exclusive. If you see all the options available, there is "Limited Edition" and there is "LIMITED TO STGCC".
Dark Phoenix, unlike many other collectibles, doesn't have the STGCC mention, just limited (which is true of pretty much anything XM...)

Just like Ghost Rider.

Bc "exclusive" is not a hidden meaning word. Notice that the other two items that are previewed are not "exclusive".
