Yeah i have seen these thanks, since its a promo picture was not sure if it was the regular version of the actual statue. All the actual pictures of the statue seem to be the EX.

Looking at both pics the REG seems to be the best display option since the water seems to be responding to both of her outstretched hands. The EX loses that effect.

if both hands are outstretched and done in a transitioning clear resin this would be a better ex.
