The way PCS run that facebook collectors group is disgusting. Any post you put questioning issues/problems/refunds will get deleted. "Contact CS, they will get back to you". Total BS.

Because nobody wants to see you ----- and moan. If thats all anyone did in the group, nobody would go there. Make a phone call if you want something done promptly.

A phone call does wonders. I talked with a very friendly woman that had my issue resolved in minutes. I had previously emailed 2x across 3 weeks and never heard anything.

Got mine, the boxes are pretty huge. Cant say exactly because now theyre in my attic, but they completely filled up the back of my diesel crew cab- I just barely got the door shut and had to move my seat up a bit.

After a 2 week wait I got my he-man, so the 2 are united again, looks badass, got the print as well. No marks, its in perfect condition.

Not yet... I got the USPS tracking number from PCS. Now, it is just a waiting game.
