Smile can any one help -regarding sabers

hi all iv just started to collect the mini sabers and have 8 in total ,the most recent one darth sidious ,its smaller and has a diffrent colour to the one shown on the web sites its a purpley colour not brown and is the same size as yodas if any one can help and tell me if this is right or wrong .

There is a dark chrome version that was a Best Buy exclusive. It has a very hard to pin down look to it that I guess could be described as purple-ish. The packaging should indicate that it is a Best Buy exclusive. There are bunch of them on E-bay with pics if you want to compare yours.

The chrome effect of the Sidious saber does have a multi color aspect too it. On the largher sabers , it has a stronger visual impact. On the small .45's , its there, but because the surface area is smaller and the silver chrome section refects so much as well, you just can not make out the purple hue as easily as on the larger scale saber
