I asked for a replacement on my Superman PF on 1/2/19 and didn't hear back until 1/14/19.

That's a lot longer than it took for me to hear back for my Rebel Terminator HS replacement--though I think that took 5 business days due to the holidays. They'd used to get back to you within 3 days.
Hopefully they have good news when they finally get back to me.

Just pulled the trigger on this. It was too good I know I’m at risk of possible breaks I’ll keep my fingers crossed .

Even if you get a broken scope flap, it’ll be worth it. Mine came with no breaks so it is very possible you’ll get the same. It actually beats the Bowen Modern Punisher.

Nice my big concern is this , I opted to pay three payments instead of one big one to help me budget with POs I’m worried with statues coming back in returns to SS I won’t get new unopened one but someone else’s return . Should I be worried about this happening?

Fact is... If yours comes broke you can return it at no cost to you as SSC cover the shipping for this..
Hope you don't have to deal with that as this is IMO one of my top 5 statues of all time.. Yep that's how much I love it.
