No, I don’t think she has “manly” hands, she is perfect the way she is.
BS? It's a legitimate question. So easily offended people these days.

Kind of like how offended you were in the Batman Damned thread because of a tiny, shadowy bit of male nudity in an adult only comic? You mean offended like that?

I don’t find it a legitimate question. I understand that you can find a statue unattractive due to certain qualities like in your case the big hands because that is subjective, but, I think it is arrogant for people to define what qualities ultimately makes woman feminine and man masculine.

Honestly, I don’t see it when I display her so I don’t mind the seam. She looks perfect to me.

#1 of 231 has finally arrived in New Jersey.

I finally received my Wonder Woman today after UPS losing her and then sending her back to Tweeterhead. Debbie has been great through the whole ordeal.

I was shocked when I saw the box on my porch said #1 of 231. I thought it must be a mistake but sure enough the bottom of the statue confirmed it.

She is a real beauty. I was lucky that the neck seam is not at all noticeable with the exclusive torso (just a thin line). Slightly larger with the regular torso but as long as one is fine I am happy.

Looking forward to my other Tweeterhead preorders!

For some reason, in-hand pics are usually better than studio pics. For me anyway. She looks good.

You have pics of your thin line seam?

Mine came in from BBTS last night. What a great statue. I wish I’d sprung for the exclusive, but I had BBTS store credit to burn.

She was always going on a shelf at about waist level, so the seam turned out to be a total non-issue. Mine wasn’t really bad anyway.

For anybody wondering, you *can* fit her and Superman on the same shelf in a Detolf (I have super thick shelves held in place by u-bolts... I would not recommend putting both on a standard Detolf shelf).

I think you’d be surprised what the standard Detolf shelf can hold. I’ve had statues that weigh around 20lbs in mine for years, never had a problem. Over the years other’s here have done the same thing, same results. The only time I’ve seen a Detolf fail is when the internal frame was installed backwards. I would say, just to be safe, doubling up on the glass shelf if you’re going that heavy though.
