When folks are ready and willing to pay more for these products... why would sideshow price it lower than the publicly perceived “acceptable price”.

It’s a business. McDonald’s “We sold a lot of cheeseburgers this month. Let’s up the price from $1 to $1.50”
Good points sadly thats' true. Until people stops paying prices will continue to go up. The good thing is more and more is not buying on day 1, which shows hope for the future in terms of hitting them where it hurts. Then the bad news is the entire industry may collapse when prices has gone up to higher highs and the companies like ss won't lower them back down again. They will only give us like 20.00 coupons which is a joke at these new prices. This will leave lot's of inventory that will have to be discounted. In return buyers will not buy anywhere near those new prices causing a domino effect of the entire market crashing. It takes time. We could be heading that way now.

The way things are going I don't see this being a penny less than $1300. I'm just glad I'm not a big juggernaut fan because that preview pic does make him look impressive, for whatever that's worth these days.

They’re not in any hurry to give a full reveal are they? They obviously have him ready to show everyone.

That's what I'm saying. I'm dying to know the price already.

I say $1400-$1600 but am leaning towards the $1600 with all these costs

I say $1300. It will be more if they keep delaying it.

We'll probably get a promotional video for Juggernaut in the next few months with a tease of the X-Men collection's 2nd wave.

I think sooner, with what’s going on with prime 1 I don’t think sideshow will stand by and let them get all the attention.

“Very little”, not “nothing”.
Outside of this hobby, the acquisition of Marvel properties and Star Wars properties has not really inflated prices. When COTD pieces without license and DC properties retail for the same as Disney owned properties...well, that is really all the proof you need.
