Silver Surfer's story is what got me first. His cool appearance was second and the fact that he was a herald of Galactus was third. One of my favorite characters growing up.

Lol I often think about Batman and how silly he is if you think of it too much. Batman is one of the only comics I still buy monthly.
Silver Surfer is one of the earliest comics I read on a normal basis. This issue was a favorite of mine.
As a kid I thought Silver Surfer looked cool anyway but once I read this issue where he basically plays around with an enraged Hulk (forget that low powered Silver Savage crap) I became a fan.
