A friend of mine is getting his delivered from a an official distributor from the far east to the UK and had to pay £889 sterling in shipping alone

Shipping costs on all 1/3 and 1/2 pieces have convinced me to stick with 1/4 scale (and even some of those pieces are getting pricey).
