Yikes. The teeth look awful and yet somehow that portrait is better than the closed mouth imo. Looks like it came out less than expected from the prototype.

I'm not sold on the ring's, i don't think anyone is.
Maybe semi clear, possibly slightly frosted, white with a hint of pink resin might have worked better. The sculpt looks ok.
Fact remains, the moment XM first showed this piece, i knew i had to have it. Too bad it started out looking like perfection, only to be delayed by the addition of rings, extra portrait, few collectors like.

I checked out all the those images yesterday. And they confirmed two things:
1. I have zero love for the teeth portrait.
2. The mouth closed portrait looks excellent.
Edit:
'It’s (Scarlet Witch) mine, it’s just starting shipping from last week' - M.Y. Collections
It's a person. I just checked on Facebook, and he had replied to my message.

I don’t see how the closed mouth portrait looks excellent. There’s no expression at all. It doesn’t match the pose. The other portrait matches the pose but the teeth suck. I think this could potentially be best displayed with a brown paper bag over the head with two cutout eye holes and a smiley or frown face. Hell I may go over to the crafts store and get a miniature one that will fit and just customize this thing to make it good.

I guess we have to keep in mind that these statues are a lot smaller in person, so the toothpaste mouth might not be so bad from viewing distance. I don't get the hate for the magic power rings. She'd just be spazzing out without them.

I’m in this boat. I actually like the power effects. And I don’t care that they’re not removable. I would’ve displayed her with them even if they were.

Just been in contact with my supplier, as being located in the UK, XM cannot sell to me direct. Licencing rules.
My supplier is sure the piece will ship at the end of the month
On the subject of licencing rules, it is a bit of a joke. I recall the Gentle Giant Iron Man 1/4. GG were not allowed to ship direct to the UK. There was no issue me buying the same piece from a US seller on ebay. Besides which, i got a much better deal on ebay

@ukshaun, hows the tax gonna work for your purchase from SG to UK, is it just 20% of price & shipping?

I guess so.
But, i am not sure how the seller plans to cover the postage from XM to himself, other than pass it onto me?
The seller is located in the same country as XM, as far as i am aware. Better still, he might live locally?
Either way, the seller makes a profit somehow.
