If you haven’t gotten a response from Customer Service, be sure to check the My Tickets section of the website to make sure that your email carrier didn’t eat the notification that your response was there. All tickets are generally responded to in 1-2 business days.

There has been a lot of slowdown in the shipping process lately due to complications of the pandemic, but Customer Service should be able to fill you in on the exact status of your replacement. Apologies for the delay!

No—the ones up for pre-order are the remaining stock from cancellations. Production on Varia Suit Samus took a very long time, so some customers understandably had to cancel. Oh okay. Makes me feel less bad for having missed out, even though I think it was a commendable effort to realize this beautiful statue, and pull through it all, in spite of all the production difficulties. That's some serious grit.

I do hope there's another Samus in the future, perhaps something inspired by the NES/Famicom version.

I keep being reminded about this statue when I see the thread rise. Otherwise I often forget I ordered it lol.

Will be a great addition to my video game line up... F4F Ganondorf and Fierce Deity, SS Master Chief, PCS Spidey...gonna have to get shelving and display them around my actual video games.

It's an exsisting ticket where I communicate with Bruno. So no emailing involved. I left another message. Just want to know if and when she will be shipped to me as it's long overdue.

Got the replacement body and base in. Not all too pleased with it. Paintchip on the base and on the body some missing paint; the black lines on some part. Contacted CS again. Sigh...

Happy to report i finally got my Ex Samus after 4 and a half years and she came perfect! Hoping you guys who haven't gotten her receive her with no issues. Here are some quick pics i wanted to share.

That looks awesome! I really hope that they use much higher quality LED's and wiring that Sideshow do. I've had loads of their light up features fail. It would be a nightmare on this...
