Its a bit confusing but whatevs.

Hmm...If its not continuity with Arkham, maybe Bruce will turn up? Who knows... *shrugs*

All I know is, I want to see a statue of that Mr. Freeze. That armor and the jump pack are pretty cool.

It's very possible his death is a red herring and he will turn up towards the end of the story and set up a full Family game for the next installment.

It was pretty cool looking, the legs remind me of Batman:Sub Zero where he's become nothing but a head due to the sub-freezing temperatures. Makes me wonder if that's the case here.

Too bad. I'm really itching for this one.
It has been 6 years since Arkham Knight at this point.

Yeah,
I mean I want them to put out a good polished game and after what happened with Cyber Punk I'm for them taking their time, but at the same time WB Games Montreal has been so slow to put anything out.
Let's face it, the last time they put out a shipped game was Arkham Origins and that was nearly 8 years ago.
Overall, outside of NetherRealm, WB studios are very slow and out of 9 game studios 8 haven't released a game since 2017 or later.

For sure, and I think the Cyberpunk debacle combined with the current global situation means we're going to see lots of delays and a much slower rollout for this console generation.
Personally, I wish publishers/studios would stop showing stuff so early. I realize they do it mostly for shareholders, but it both diminishes the impact and increases expectations when you show stuff 2-3+ years before release. 12-18 months seems like a better play.
Although, to be fair to WB Montreal, they showed Gotham Knights just last year. I'm just dying for a new Batman game.

Like statue companies, video game manufacturers live on hype.

I look forward to playing this game as I think it's a novel approach regarding the hero selection, but I do wonder if somehow, I am going to miss playing as Batman. I loved the DLC of playing as Batgirl, Nightwing, Robin, and even Harley for Arkham Knight. With them now as the main protagonists, it will be interesting to see if they are able to carry the game or if they will simply feel like extensions from their DLC adventures.
