Anyone having problems with Gaming Heads' WorldPay service?
I just noticed after I preordered a Gaming Heads statue on 7/30 that the only charge I've ever seen since was for the initial deposit. I'm supposed to be billed every month on the 5th by WorldPay and - two bill cycles later - that hasn't happened yet.
Even worse, it would seem the WorldPay website is deliberately designed so it is impossible to figure out how to login or check your account for payment history, change your password, or change your payment information. Worldpay's FAQ on how to do this is either incomplete or misleading with no provided link that actually directs you to the right place.
Am I missing something? This seems really bizarre.
