Well for starters the quality in the portrait is the biggest gripe, she (mine) leans a bit when keyed in. I don’t think she is going anywhere but still. When you look at her compared to quality pieces in the same line ( juggernaut, omega red, storm) she is underwhelming IMO.

Fair enough. I will say she doesn’t look nearly as good as the prototype did. All you have to do is look at the pictures of her on the box art and you can see they are 2 different faces.

But yea obviously there are pieces that are way better. I really hope Jean Grey comes out looking good.

And omg I’m glad you brought up the leaning issue. When I first keyed mine in she leaned to the side. It seems the base doesn’t sit flush for some reason. I pulled out the peg and rekeyed it and it seemed to help a bit.

Anyone else get this? Wondering if that is a break in the smoke part of statue. Looks like they tried to do a repair.
Looks nice but wings are plastic.

Just ordered Storm from SS and she actually had a brief inventory reservation window that timed out on me. Don’t sleep on her if you’re on the fence.

I just got Archangel. The smoke does have a seam on mine, but the install was a bit cleaner than yours.

I plan on adding Warpath to the first page posts with pre-order info, but I am quickly running out of space lol. I saved 3-4 posts at first but didn't realize each had a 10 picture limit. With all the new reveals lately and what seems like more to come, I'm not sure I'll be able to post pics.

As far as that new Logan piece, while he is technically part of this X-Men BDS series, I think he looks terrible. The face is too long and just wrong. Won't be getting that for sure.

Warpath looks good tho. With him and Cable, now you know they are going to finish out the X-Force line. Just seems too random to do these 2 characters and not do Shatterstar, Domino, Boom Boom and Wolfsbane. Perhaps at NYCC this year we will get some more reveals.

And here's still hoping they show off Sinister & Apocalypse at some point this year.

I would say Destiny is pretty far reached, but IS is shooting for the stars with this line it seems ha, so you never know!

I would think atleast a Toad would be a sure thing. Could be a small enough footprint of a piece with a simple base that maybe they could get Toad in the $119 range and then he would sell well. If they price him at $150 or more that would be hard to swallow. Avalanche while I would love to see him, I'm not sure IS would bank on that being a big seller.

I will say I'm excited for the rest of the year, not just to hopefully finally get some pieces like Blob, Jean Grey, and Bishop, but to hopefully get some more teasers. We NEED more villains. Give us Apocalypse, Stryfe, Sinister, Brood Queen, Cyber, Onslaught, Nimrod. Complete and show off the rest of X-Factor or X-Force.

Heck if they are going with Apocalypse they could even do some version of the Four Horseman.

Plus they still have sure fire sales if they give us a brown version Wolverine (not the Logan face), or X-Force versions of Wolverine and Deadpool. Dark Phoenix and Phoenix as well although they better have different poses and not just be repaints.
