I wonder if Tweeterhead shipped a few over via airmail or obtained some units from Sideshow, so they could send some out, to smooth over the cracks. I wonder if the reality is, it is going to be months of waiting for the container to arrive, be unloaded etc. I fully stand the decision to cancel and order from Sideshow. It has to be said, Tweeterhead CS communication is slow at best.

I must say.....I bought this statue, from Sideshow, based purely on the recommendations here......she's actually quite good. I have her, she arrived last week, about 4 days after I paid.

Just an update. Still not a single word from TH about my Catwoman. I’ve sent 4 emails since 11/4 and not a single reply.

That sucks. I've also emailed them about a problem, but I figure the Thanksgiving holiday is further throwing off response time.
I'm thinking a reminder email on Monday would probably be the best approach.
