The original prototype portraits barely resembled Henry already, with the difference in production, it just threw off any likeness (based on Weta's own pics).
But the amount of difference between prototype and production shouldn't affect Knightmare's overall look that much.. still thinking of PO Knightmare. The side profile looks pretty amazing, as does the floating coat.

Nothing to see here, everything is fine. If you don't think so just slap a mask on your statue and stand 6 feet away from it. You might even get a message from the government in the mail thanking you for your obedience.

BTW, Queen Studios isn't doing a 1/4 movie Superman. I think there was talk that they were, but I asked them on Facebook a couple days ago and they aren't. I think they're doing a 1/3 version though.
