That's why SSC needed to be more clear in their message. And make sure to send that message to everyone.
Because if everyone had known their intent ...a 3 week PO window ...more people would've ordered this piece. More than 250 for sure.

Understandable.
But SSC didn't realize that the message was not communicated very well. Their broadcast of this limited PO window was very poor.

I think it was those that RSVP'd or PO'd got the email regarding the ES.

I RSVP'd and only ever received an email when she was available for pre-order. It did not mention ES at all or convey any sense of urgency to pre-order her before she sold out.
