The disconnect here is in thinking this is the main "photo" Olivia is working from with this.
While this "image" is clearly inspiring the pose, this idealized photo/illustration is lacking in multiple areas. There is very little hint of form here. No artist would find this particular image (in this state) all that worthwhile as reference - especially for a 3D sculpture.
Fortunately, what Olivia is bringing to this project is decades of analysis of Page's features- from all kinds of angles, and all kinds of lighting. She has a studied knowledge to draw from to supply what this (inspirational) image lacks.
While this early render may miss in replicating that specific illustration, if you consult some other images of her, you may be better able to see how she is arriving at the portrait in the render.
I'm not saying it's the most attractive expression or look she could have chosen, just that it does capture a sense of
the actual person better than a direct comparison to the idealized "Reveals All" key art image would suggest. Doesn't mean you gotta like it as is, as many clearly don't.
And yes, she did have a very defined dimple, which often got washed out in a lot of photos.
